Using your own MyInvois credentials, GetPay submits e-invoices — including consolidated B2C e-invoices — to LHDN through the MyInvois API, checks their status and can cancel them. When your business has to start e-invoicing depends on LHDN's implementation timeline.

Yes. Add SST to invoices and credit notes, and GetPay keeps an SST-02 summary for each taxable period to help you prepare your return. You still file the return with the Royal Malaysian Customs Department on MySST.

No. Bookkeeping, e-invoicing, payroll and channel sync never pause, and documents over your allowance are still booked. Only new AI automation pauses — when your credits run out, or for the rest of the day once it passes the daily safety limit — and a task already running can finish.

Nothing is blocked. If your company issues more documents in a month than your plan includes, your plan is due to move up to the next one from the start of the following month, and we tell you by email and in Settings as soon as our nightly check records it. From that month you confirm the move in Settings; if you don't, we may move you up ourselves after telling you. You are never charged the higher price for the month you went over. You can move back down at any time before your plan renews; the change applies from your next billing period. On Scale, we contact you about Enterprise instead.

The Free plan is free for as long as you like — no card needed — so you can try GetPay before you pay. Paid plans have no separate free trial and are charged from the day you subscribe. If you pay annually, your first annual charge can be refunded in full within 14 days.

Yes — cancel any time from Settings. A monthly plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and we don't refund part of a month. Ask within 14 days of your first annual charge and we refund it in full (the plan ends at once); after that, and on renewals, you keep the plan to the end of the paid year with no refund. AI top-up packs are refundable within 14 days only if none of their credits have been used. A billing error — such as a duplicate charge, or being charged for the wrong plan or amount — is always refunded in full.

Your company's books are stored in a database in Singapore, encrypted in transit and at rest, and kept separate from every other company's data. Some services we rely on may process data in other countries — the privacy policy lists them.
