Acceptable Use Policy — GetPay
Last updated: 2026-05-13 Version: v1.1
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of GetPay, accessible at https://getpay.cc (the "Service"), operated by TELEBORT AI STUDIO PLT (LLP0046066-LGN).
The AUP is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in account suspension or termination.
1. Principles
GetPay is an accounting and payments platform intended for lawful business use. You must use the Service in a manner that:
- Complies with all applicable Malaysian and international laws
- Respects the rights of other users, our team, and third parties
- Protects the integrity, security, and availability of the Service for all users
- Does not expose Telebort, our team, or other users to legal, regulatory, or reputational harm
2. Prohibited Uses
You must NOT use the Service to:
2.1 Unlawful activity
- Record fraudulent or fictitious transactions for the purpose of tax evasion
- Launder money or finance terrorism

- Engage in transactions prohibited by Malaysian export controls or sanctions law
2.2 Harm to third parties

- Issue invoices to identities not consensually represented
- Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) via Service-generated emails

2.3 IP infringement

2.4 Service abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to backend systems

- Disrupt or overload the Service (e.g., denial-of-service, excessive automated requests)
- Bypass rate limits, authentication, or any access control
- Resell or sublicense access to third parties without our written consent
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data at scale, except through authorized API endpoints
2.5 Malicious content
- Upload viruses, malware, ransomware, worms, or other harmful code
- Embed scripts in uploaded documents intended to exploit users or the Service
3. AI-Specific Use Limits
GetPay includes AI-assisted features (auto-categorization, OCR, e-invoice generation, anomaly detection). When using these features:
3.1 You acknowledge that AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before relying on them for tax filings, regulatory submissions, or financial reporting.
3.2 You must NOT:
- Use AI features to generate fictitious source documents (fake invoices, fake receipts) for tax-evasion or fraud purposes
- Use AI features to bypass professional accounting, tax, or audit oversight required by Malaysian law
- Prompt-inject or attempt to subvert AI safety controls
- Use AI-generated outputs as a substitute for licensed professional advice (legal, tax, audit)
- Use outputs from the Service's AI features to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any AI model (prohibited by Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy and our agreement with Anthropic)
- Use AI features to generate content prohibited by Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy (incorporated by reference) — including CSAM, weapons-development content, election-interference content, medical or health misinformation, non-consensual surveillance content, or fraudulent documents (fake IDs, currency, licenses)
3.3 We reserve the right to investigate suspicious AI usage patterns. We may suspend AI features for accounts demonstrating misuse.
4. Resource Limits
4.1 Subscription plans include fair-use resource quotas (storage, AI computations, API requests, user seats). Excessive use beyond plan limits may incur additional charges or require upgrade.
4.2 We may throttle or suspend access for accounts exhibiting abnormal usage patterns that affect Service availability for other users.
5. Multi-Tenant Considerations
5.1 The Service is multi-tenant. Each tenant's data is logically segregated; you must not attempt to access another tenant's data.
5.2 If you discover a security issue affecting tenant isolation, report it immediately to studio.telebort@gmail.com with the subject "Security — Tenant Isolation". Do not exploit, share, or publicize the issue before we have an opportunity to remediate.
6. Reporting Violations
6.1 To report a violation of this AUP by another user, abusive behaviour, or a security concern:
- Email studio.telebort@gmail.com with the subject "AUP Violation"
- Include: account/email of the user (if known), description of the violation, supporting evidence (screenshots, links, transaction IDs)
6.2 We treat reports confidentially to the extent feasible. We may need to disclose the reporter's identity if required by law or to investigate effectively.
7. Enforcement
7.1 Enforcement actions for AUP violations escalate based on severity:
| Step | Action | Trigger |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Written warning | Minor or first-time violation, no apparent harm |
| 2 | Feature suspension | Repeated minor violation, or moderate violation |
| 3 | Account suspension | Material violation, or escalation from step 2 |
| 4 | Account termination | Severe violation, repeated escalation, or unlawful conduct |
| 5 | Referral to authorities | Suspected criminal conduct (fraud, money laundering, etc.) |
7.2 We may skip steps and proceed directly to termination for severe violations (criminal conduct, security exploitation, fraudulent use, material PDPA violation).
7.3 Account termination does NOT entitle you to a refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7.4 Enforcement decisions are made in good faith based on the information available. If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact studio.telebort@gmail.com for review.
8. Cooperation with Authorities
8.1 We comply with valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders, regulatory requests) from Malaysian authorities, and where applicable, foreign authorities under Mutual Legal Assistance arrangements.
8.2 We will notify the affected account holder of legal process where lawful and feasible.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
